Lisa Simpkins, CTC., CCTE.

Captain/Founder

As Founder and Captain Executive Officer of DealCaptains.com, Lisa has the responsibility to drive innovation, create relationships, revenue growth, and find new ways to provide value that can help companies’ lower costs without sacrificing traveler engagement.

She has successfully helped clients develop strategies around travel supplier sourcing, travel policies, gamification, and emerging travel technologies.  Some of the innovative clients she has had the pleasure of working with are Chrysler, Autoliv, Netflix, Nvidia, SkullCandy, Huntsman, O.C. Tanner, and Myriad Genetics.

Anne Blyth

Chief Commercial Officer

Anne Blyth joined DealCaptains as Captain Marketing and Sales Executive Officer, where she is presently utilizing her well-rounded, business, marketing, leadership experience with a veteran travel industry team to build and launch a new innovative startup company.

 

In this role, she is strongly involved in shaping the business plan, marketing, and team along with her business partners targeting the new companies launch and ongoing future success of the business in the "new norm" of Travel and meetings

Charlie Mitchell

Captain Technology Officer

In 2007, Charlie booked properties for incentive trips at Prestige Resorts. He then rolled out an E-Suite platform for competency and interviewing tools with Korn/Ferry International. In 2013, he graduated with an MBA in entrepreneurship and marketing from the University of St. Thomas.

 

In 2014, he merged his love of travel and technology into one at CWT, working his way up to lead a digital solutions team focused on integrating technology into travel programs. He handled everything from reporting for travel managers to integrating mobile strategy into travel policy in this role. His expertise and creative insight provided clients with the right solutions and tech opportunities, making him the go-to resource for travel technology.

Julie Fields

Chief Operations Officer

Passionate about the travel industry Julie is proud to have worked in for over thirty-five years. She started with the airlines then moved to the agency side. There she found her love of Corporate Travel and Travel Management Companies.

 

Her strengths are leading best-in-class Customer Experience teams, Process Improvement, and operationalizing new technologies.

Michelle Rossow, GTP.

Executive Sales, Meetings & Events

For over thirty years, Michelle has been a sales professional in the hotel industry, fifteen of those years specializing in corporate travel and groups managing a complex portfolio of global and local accounts.

 

Specialties in relationship management, strategic partnerships, and high touch service. Served on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Business Travel Association in charge of all meetings.

David Russell, CTC., GTP.

Global Customer Success Partner

David has been involved in the Global Business Travel Association as a board member. Currently, he holds certifications in travel as a Certified Corporate Travel Executive (CCTE) and a Global Travel Professional (GTP). Russell is a favorite among our customers, which comes as no surprise.

 

No matter the client’s requirements, they handle travel planning quickly and efficiently.

Matt Libke

Executive Sales Development

Matt is a high-performing sales and business developer with strong expertise selling cloud-based travel management solutions to the C-suite at mid-market companies and higher education institutions. Matt has been in the business travel industry for 20 years, starting with OAG, then 13 years with Orbitz for Business, helping build the brand from startup OTA to one of the biggest brands in managed travel.

Matt joined the DealCaptains Sales Development Crew in 2021 and will be instrumental in helping drive revenue.

Roberta Walters

Executive Sales and Consulting

Roberta brings 23 years of experience in corporate travel sales and marketing to DealCaptains, with expertise in the engineering, architecture, biotechnology, and tech industries.

 

Her experience includes establishing new territories, overhauling procedures for greater efficiency, and using her tenacity and passion in sales to drive revenue, forge lasting relationships with clientele and vendors, and provide consulting in all areas of business travel.

Jeannie Rea

DCX High-Touch Travel Consultant

Jeannie started in the world of Aviation in 1990 when she Graduated from Travel School. She then went on to Work at  Detroit Metropolitan Airport, better known as DTW, from 1990-2003, specializing in International and Domestic Travel. 

In 2003 her career then moved to Corporate travel with joining American Express Travel Emergency After Hours Services.

 

With her charismatic personality and In-depth knowledge of the Travel Industry, she was quickly promoted and placed on the American Express VIP Desk from 2008-2020.

We are incredibly excited to have Jeannie join our DealCaptains Team and looking forward to her servicing our clientele.
